ICC offers two Compression Tools designed for efficient cable terminations. The Universal Compression Tool is compatible with most RCA, BNC, and F-type connectors, including right-angled BNC connectors, and uses a vertical compression technique that prevents cable shield distortion. The other tool is tailored specifically for compressing F-type connectors on RG6 and RG59 coaxial cables. Both tools are equipped with a ratchet mechanism that prevents the release of the connector before full compression, ensuring precise terminations and allowing installers complete freedom of movement during use.
