Code Compliant

UL Certified Bulk Cable

UL Certification Matters – ICC’s bulk cable is UL Listed and meets the National Electrical Code, ensuring compliance during inspections.

Noncompliant cables will fail inspections, resulting in costly removal and replacement, especially the strict CMP/Plenum compliance from a fire safety inspection.

UL Compliance Certification

ICC bulk cable is UL Listed (File Number E320548) for both CMP (Plenum) and CMR (Riser) applications. CMP cable meets stricter flame and smoke standards for air-handling spaces. CMR is intended for vertical runs between floors in non-plenum areas.

CMP cables include a low-smoke PVC jacket that self-extinguishes and prevents re-ignition. CMR jackets are designed for riser shafts. Both are certified for indoor use and meet building code requirements.
