Description
The ICC 2U Fiber Optic Rack Mount Enclosure is designed to organize and protect fiber connections in structured cabling environments. Built from 20-gauge cold-rolled steel with a black powder coat finish, this enclosure fits standard 19-inch racks and uses 2U of space. It supports up to six LGX-compatible adapter panels or MPO cassettes, accommodating up to 144 LC, 72 SC, or 36 ST fiber terminations. The sliding tray allows easy access for moves, adds, and changes, while front and rear removable metal covers feature transparent windows for visual inspection without opening the unit. Cable entry and exit points on both sides help minimize cable buildup. One 24-fiber splice tray is included, and the tray supports up to three total. Reinforced fold-edge construction increases strength and resists flex during installation, making it a reliable solution for data centers, telecom rooms, and enterprise networks.
