Description
ICC’s 9-inch plastic residential wiring enclosure is designed for small homes, condos, multi-unit buildings, and retrofit installations, serving as a central distribution point for voice, data, video, audio, or security connections. It includes connectivity modules, cover, and mounting hardware, and allows horizontal or vertical mounting of internal modules to support various wiring layouts. Constructed of lightweight ABS plastic, the enclosure features knockouts on the top, bottom, rear, and sides for cable routing, a knockout for an optional AC power outlet, and a padlock option for access control. It mounts between 16″ wall studs or directly to the wall surface. The voice module includes 8 ports with RJ-31X and expansion ports, the data module is TIA Category 6 rated with 8 ports, and the video module includes 1 input and 6 outputs. The enclosure is UL Listed (E125268) and complies with TIA-568-C, TIA-570-B, and TIA-607 standards.

- INCLUDES VDV CONNECTIVITY MODULES: Packaged with CAT6 8-Port Data, 1×8 Bridged Telephone with RJ31X jack for security systems, and 1×6 Video Splitter. Modules are packaged separately, allowing them to be stored safely until the cabling and final installation phase. Supports connections for up to 8 Ethernet devices with PoE++ compatibility, distributes 4 phone lines to 8 locations, and splits cable TV or satellite signals with a 2 GHz bandwidth.
- DURABLE ABS PLASTIC CONSTRUCTION: Built with 0.1-inch thick ABS plastic, making it lightweight, sturdy, and 18% stronger compared to standard enclosures. Improves Wi-Fi signal range and fits between 16″ wall studs or mounts directly to the wall with included mounting hardware. For indoor use only.

- VENTED COVER & POWER KNOCKOUTS: Comes with a vented wall cover to protect modules and electronics from heat, and assist with heat dissipation. The cover features a hook-in design for alignment and a padlock hasp for added security. Includes a power knockout for an AC outlet and cable exits on all sides. Install ICC plastic grommets (SKU ICRESDCAC3), sold separately, to protect cables.
- UNIVERSAL HOLE PATTERN: Designed with a standard mounting grid to fit ICC connectivity modules and most electronic modules without additional brackets. The hole pattern allows modules to snap in securely, horizontally or vertically, for a complete home network solution.
