Description
ICC’s 14-inch residential wiring enclosure with cover is designed to serve as a structured media hub for distributing voice, data, video, audio, or security services in single-family homes. It includes a CAT6 8-port data module, 1×8 bridged telephone module with RJ-31X and expansion ports, and a 1×6 video splitter supporting 2 GHz bandwidth. The enclosure is constructed from 0.1-inch thick ABS plastic, which is lightweight and allows Wi-Fi signals to pass through. The vented cover snaps on and can be screwed down to limit access. The enclosure features a universal mounting grid that supports horizontal and vertical mounting of modules, with eight module slots, removable knockouts for cable routing and AC power outlets (not included), and integrated cable tie points. It mounts between standard 16-inch wall studs or directly on the wall. The unit is UL Listed (E125268), flame rated to UL 94V-0, and complies with TIA-568-C, TIA-570-B, and TIA-607 standards.

Modules are packaged separately, allowing them to be stored safely until the cabling and final installation phase. Supports connections for up to 8 Ethernet devices with PoE++ compatibility, distributes 4 phone lines to 8 locations, and splits cable TV or satellite signals with a 2 GHz bandwidth.
- DURABLE ABS PLASTIC CONSTRUCTION: Built with 0.1-inch thick ABS plastic, making it lightweight, sturdy, and 18% stronger compared to standard enclosures. Improves Wi-Fi signal range and fits between 16″ wall studs or mounts directly to the wall with included mounting hardware. For indoor use only.

- VENTED COVER WITH MUD GUARD & POWER KNOCKOUTS: Comes with a vented wall cover to protect modules and electronics from heat, and assist with heat dissipation. The cover features a hook-in design for alignment and a screw-down option for added security. Includes a protective mud guard for the rough-in phase and two, bottom power knockouts for AC outlets and cable exits on all sides. Install ICC plastic grommets (SKU ICRESDCAC3), sold separately, to protect cables.
- UNIVERSAL HOLE PATTERN & BUILT-IN CABLE MANAGEMENT: Designed with a standard mounting grid to fit ICC connectivity modules and most electronic modules without additional brackets. Built-in bridge lances keep cables organized, while the hole pattern allows modules to snap in securely, horizontally or vertically, for a complete home network solution.
